How do you charge?

We charge a fixed fee for each tier of our services, allowing you to have predictable solution to every stage of the build. This pricing structure allows flexibility in your selection of services and is designed to cover most projects.

For any jobs that require extra work hours we will alert you ahead of time, and then only commence the work with your approval, charging a low hourly rate for the extra time worked.

Where do I find a builder?

You can use your own builder or we can provide tender to 3 different builders

What level of service do I need?

This depends on the scope of your project and whether you are hiring a builder or going the owner-builder route yourself. We can simply design the house and deliver plans, or manage projects right through to completion. We will give a recommendation on how much of our service is necessary for a project, but our pricing structure is flexible and can so you can chose to simply start with the plans and engage our other services any time that suits you!

What is a BASIX Certificate and do I need one?

A BASIX Certificate is a NSW initiative to ensure new developments meet a certain level of sustainability. It is generally required for all new buildings, alterations and additions over $50,000, granny flats and swimming pools. We can advise if you need one and prepare it on your behalf as part of our service.
